One-minute warmup at resistance level 8; two interval segments at resistance level 7 & 6, for 13:30 minutes each; rest of the time at resistance level 6. 20 intervals using the Gym Boss Interval Timer ; 20 seconds high intensity/fast, followed by 1 minute at a cool-down/slower pace.  Second and final day of watching ' Watch the Birdie ' from 1950, starring Red Skelton, Arlene Dahl, and Ann Miller.
