Today I started 'Miles from Nowhere' also called 'Chasing a Dream' TV movie from 2009; with Treat Williams and Andrew Lawrence.

I did 6.2 miles on the elliptical in 35 minutes.

About: A high school runner tries to run a sub-four minute mile to achieve his dead friend's dream.

Today I finished 'Miles From Nowhere' and started 'Don't Knock the Rock' from 1956, with lots of great rock 'n' roll acts & music from the '50s.

I did 6.5 miles in 35 minutes on the elliptical today in intervals:

Today I finished 'Don't Knock the Rock' from 1956; I did 6.4 miles in 35 minutes on the elliptical, and I think my workout was easier than dancing in the 1950s!

Day 2 of working out with Elvis is done!  Today's Workout: 4.27 miles on the elliptical in 21:22 minutes; the first 13:35 minutes were doing intervals at resistance level 10 and the rest of the time was a brisk pace at resistance level 9. 10 intervals using the Gym Boss Interval Timer ; 20 seconds high intensity/fast, followed by 1 minute at a cool-down/slower pace.  Second day of watching 'G.I. Blues' from 1960, starring Elvis Presley, Juliet Prowse, and Robert Ivers. Today's movie segment included the songs 'Frankfurt Special' and 'Shoppin' Around'! Day 2 of working out is done and today I lightened the resistance on the elliptical for more speed!   Today's Workout: 4.24 miles on the elliptical in 21:47 minutes; the first 13:35 minutes were doing intervals at resistance level 10 and the rest of the time was a brisk pace at resistance level 11; today's movie segment included four songs, the last of which was the title song by Sheb Wooley 'Hootenanny Hoot'! 10 intervals using the Gym Boss Interval Timer ; 20 seconds high intensity/fast, followed by 1 minute at a cool-down/slower pace.
