Today I started 'Miles from Nowhere' also called 'Chasing a Dream' TV movie from 2009; with Treat Williams and Andrew Lawrence.
I did 6.2 miles on the elliptical in 35 minutes.

Today was day 2 of 'Miles from Nowhere' also called 'Chasing a Dream' TV movie from 2009; with Andrew Lawrence.
I did 6.2 miles on the elliptical in 35 minutes; the 35-minute segment I watched today had a lot of running and training in it.

Today I finished 'Miles From Nowhere' and started 'Don't Knock the Rock' from 1956, with lots of great rock 'n' roll acts & music from the '50s.
I did 6.5 miles in 35 minutes on the elliptical today in intervals:

- 2.5 minutes medium resistance at cool-down pace
- 2.5 minutes low resistance at high speed
- 2.5 minutes medium resistance at cool-down pace

Today I finished 'Don't Knock the Rock' from 1956; I did 6.4 miles in 35 minutes on the elliptical, and I think my workout was easier than dancing in the 1950s!
