Resistance Level 11 (medium high). Day 2 of watching 'James and the Giant Peach' from 1996, a mix of live action and animation; with Joanna Lumley, Pete Postlethwaite, and the voices of Simon Callow, Richard Dreyfuss, Jane Leeves, and Susan Sarandon. IMDb Movie Outline: An orphan who lives with his two cruel aunts befriends anthropomorphic bugs who live inside a giant peach, and they embark on a journey to New York City. Done with Day 3 of working out and the movie made it very pleasant! Today's Workout: 3.28 miles on the elliptical in 20:20 minutes; the first 13:35 minutes were doing intervals and the rest of the time was a steady pace; today's movie segment included the title song 'By the Light of the Silvery Moon'. 10 intervals using the Gym Boss Interval Timer ; 20 seconds high intensity/fast, followed by 1 minute at a cool-down/slower pace. Resistance Level 13 (medium high). Day 3 of watching 'By the Light of the Silvery Moon' from 1953, starring Doris Day and Gordon MacRae.  IMDb Movie Outline: Marjorie Winfield's engagement to Bill Sherman, who has just arrived home from fighting in World War I, serves as the backdrop for the trials and tribulations of her family. A week of working out is over and so is another movie that had a happy music-filled ending! Today's Workout: 3.24 miles on the elliptical in 16:42 minutes; the first 13:35 minutes were doing intervals at resistance level 10 and the rest of the time was a brisk pace at resistance level 11; today's movie segment was full of songs, including Judy Henske performing 'Wade in the Water'!  10 intervals using the Gym Boss Interval Timer ; 20 seconds high intensity/fast, followed by 1 minute at a cool-down/slower pace. Fifth and final day of watching 'Hootenanny Hoot' from 1963, starring Peter Breck, Ruta Lee, and Pamela Austin.  IMDb Movie Outline (submitted by me): A television director from New York travels to Missouri and learns about the hootenanny craze; he works to telecast a production of the event while his ex-wife works to win him back.
