Finished with the 3-day workout week and the final Navy-themed movie for May -- Shipmates Forever ! Today's Morning Workout: 8.16 miles on the elliptical in 37:21 minutes. 5-minute warmup at resistance level 7; then two interval segments at resistance level 6 & 5 for 13:30 minutes each; rest of the time at level 5. 20 intervals using the Gym Boss Interval Timer ; 20 seconds high intensity/fast, followed by 1 minute at a cool-down/slower pace.  Third and final day of watching ' Shipmates Forever ' from 1935, starring Dick Powell, Ruby Keeler, and Lewis Stone. Today's segment included a little music and a lot more Naval Academy life! IMDb Movie Outline : A successful crooner who doesn't want to join the Navy decides to prove to his father, a Navy admiral, that he has what it takes to make it in the fleet. #20 on my Miles of Movies 2022 list !

It's been a productive year with great results; here's to more miles of movies in 2022 with a year-end goal of 1,000 miles on my elliptical!
