Weekly Stats: 10/18/21 - 10/22/21:
- 17.24 miles on the elliptical in 1hr, 33min (Monday - Friday)
- Week 10 using the Gym Boss Interval Timer (20sec high-intensity pace & 60sec recovery pace)
- This week I did four days at lower intensity to get more speed, and I'm curious to see if it will create any difference in weight loss.
- Watched one movie (Hootenanny Hoot from 1963); #87 on my Miles of Movies 2021 IMDb list!
