Friday 7/8/22: 9.50 Miles
Feels good to be done with the final day of this week's elliptical workouts and this week's 1960s beach-themed movie, Catalina Caper!
Today's Afternoon Workout:
- 9.50 miles on the elliptical in 42:10 minutes.
- 1-minute warmup at resistance level 7; then three interval segments at resistance level 6, 5 & 4 for 13:30 minutes each.
- 30 intervals using the Gym Boss Interval Timer; 20 seconds high intensity/fast, followed by 1 minute at a cool-down/slower pace.
- Weights: Morning kettlebell
- 60 swings x 5 sets = 300 swings (8kg/17lb).
- Second and final day of watching 'Catalina Caper' from 1967, starring Tommy Kirk, Del Moore, and Peter Duryea.
- IMDb Movie Outline: A group of swingin' teens take time out from having fun in the sun to try to foil a group of crooks searching for a stolen scroll.
