Week 2 of working out in April is underway with another boat-to-Paris movie -- Gentlemen Prefer Blondes!

Today's Noontime Workout:

• 6.69 miles on the elliptical in 30:35 minutes.
• 1-minute warmup at resistance level 7; then two interval segments at resistance level 6 & 5 for 13:30 minutes each; rest of the time at level 5.
• 20 intervals using the Gym Boss Interval Timer; 20 seconds high intensity/fast, followed by 1 minute at a cool-down/slower pace. 
• First day of watching 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes' from 1953, starring Jane Russell, Marilyn Monroe, and Charles Coburn.
• Today's segment started with the opening number performed by Jane Russell and Marilyn Monroe 'Two Little Girls from Little Rock'!
• IMDb Movie Outline: Showgirls Lorelei Lee and Dorothy Shaw travel to Paris, pursued by a private detective hired by the suspicious father of Lorelei's fiancé, as well as a rich, enamored old man and many other doting admirers.
