Today's Evening Workout:
- 4.07 miles on the elliptical in 21:06 minutes; five-minute warmup at resistance level 9, then 13:35 minutes doing intervals at resistance level 8, and the rest of the time was at resistance level 9.
- 10 intervals using the Gym Boss Interval Timer; 20 seconds high intensity/fast, followed by 1 minute at a cool-down/slower pace.
- First day of watching 'Three Little Words' from 1950, starring Fred Astaire, Vera-Ellen, and Red Skelton.
- Today's movie segment included the opening song 'Where Did You Get That Girl?' and the instrumental dance number 'Mr. and Mrs. Hoofer at Home'!
