Another week of working out comes to an end with a happy ending!
Today's Workout:
- 3.17 miles on the elliptical in 15:32 minutes; started with 13:35 minutes doing intervals at resistance level 8, and the rest of the time was at resistance level 9.
- 10 intervals using the Gym Boss Interval Timer; 20 seconds high intensity/fast, followed by 1 minute at a cool-down/slower pace.
- Fifth and final day of watching 'A Damsel in Distress' from 1937, starring Fred Astaire, George Burns, Gracie Allen, and Joan Fontaine.
- Today's movie segment included the finale 'Nice Work if You Can Get It' without singing and lots of dancing from Fred Astaire!
- IMDb Movie Outline (submitted by me): A betting castle staff, and a series of misunderstandings and set-ups, leads to an American entertainer and an English damsel falling in love.
