Week 08/30/21: 14.36 Miles

Weekly Stats: 08/30/21 - 09/03/21:

  • 14.36 miles on the elliptical in 1hr, 21min (Monday - Friday)
  • Watched one movie (James and the Giant Peach from 1996)

It's been a nice week with a return to afternoon exercising in shorter segments with the Gym Boss Interval Timer for doing short bursts of high-intensity intervals; I also had some better results this week with weight loss, so I'll continue to do the intervals and work my way through more movies one day at a time.

This week's movie is #80 on my Miles of Movies 2021 IMDb list
