Week 08/15/21: 12.5 Miles

Seven Brides for Seven Brothers from 1954; and The Harvey Girls from 1946

Weekly Stats: 08/15/21 - 08/19/21:

  • 12.5 miles on the elliptical in 1hr, 10min (Sunday - Thursday)
  • Finished watching one movie from the previous week (Seven Brides for Seven Brothers from 1954) and got 27 minutes into a new movie (The Harvey Girls from 1946)

This week was the first full week of doing shorter workouts of 10 high intensity intervals for 20 seconds followed by one minute at a slower pace using the Gym Boss Interval Timer; it's nice to spend less time working out, but it will take time to tell if I get the results I want; I'll keep with it for four weeks and then reassess.

This week's movies are #78 and #79 on my Miles of Movies 2021 IMDb list
