Tonight was night 3 of working out this week; I finished watching 'Jamboree!' from 1957 and started 'Seven Brides for Seven Brothers' from 1954, starring Howard Keel and Jane Powell.

No intervals tonight; I did 7.5 miles in 40 minutes at medium-low resistance (level 7) and at a varied pace between 9mph and 13mph.

One-minute warmup at resistance level 9, then two interval segments at resistance level 8 followed by level 7 for 13:30 minutes each, and the rest of the time was at resistance level 8. 20 intervals using the Gym Boss Interval Timer ; 20 seconds high intensity/fast, followed by 1 minute at a cool-down/slower pace. Today I finished 'The Iron Petticoat' from 1956 with Bob Hope and Katharine Hepburn; now I get the weekend to rest and figure out what to watch on Monday. I walked 3.4 miles on my treadmill in 40 minutes, with a break every 10 minutes for push-ups & squats totaling 40 of each.
