I also started using our new elliptical machine today and I love it! I did 5 miles in 30 minutes.

Today was day 2 of 'Royal Wedding', a light-hearted 1951 Fred Astaire song-and-dance flick.

I did 5.4 miles in 30 minutes on the elliptical.

Today I finished 'Royal Wedding'; I did 5.6 miles on the elliptical in the last 32 minutes of the film.

One-minute warmup at resistance level 9, then two interval segments at resistance level 8 followed by level 7 for 13:30 minutes each, and the rest of the time was at resistance level 8. 20 intervals using the Gym Boss Interval Timer ; 20 seconds high intensity/fast, followed by 1 minute at a cool-down/slower pace. Friday May 14, 2021: 3.4 Miles

Today I finished 'The Iron Petticoat' from 1956 with Bob Hope and Katharine Hepburn; now I get the weekend to rest and figure out what to watch on Monday. I walked 3.4 miles on my treadmill in 40 minutes, with a break every 10 minutes for push-ups & squats totaling 40 of each.
