Wednesday May 12, 2021: 4.2 Miles

Today I finished 'The Mating Game' and started 'The Iron Petticoat' from 1956 with Bob Hope and Katharine Hepburn.

I walked 4.2 miles on my treadmill in 40 minutes, with a break every 10 minutes for push-ups & squats totaling 32 of each.

One-minute warmup at resistance level 9, then two interval segments at resistance level 8 followed by level 7 for 13:30 minutes each, and the rest of the time was at resistance level 8. 20 intervals using the Gym Boss Interval Timer ; 20 seconds high intensity/fast, followed by 1 minute at a cool-down/slower pace.
