Today's Workout: 3.26 miles on the elliptical in 19:29 minutes; the first 13:30 minutes were doing intervals at resistance level 12 and the rest of the time was a steady pace at resistance level 13; today's movie segment included the title song 'Tea for Two'. 10 intervals using the Gym Boss Interval Timer ; 20 seconds high intensity/fast, followed by 1 minute at a cool-down/slower pace.
