Day 2 of this week's workout is done and only one day left!
Today's Evening Workout:
- 8.92 miles on the elliptical in 40:11 minutes.
- 5-minute warmup at resistance level 7; then two interval segments at resistance level 6 & 5 for 13:30 minutes each; rest of the time at level 5.
- 20 intervals using the Gym Boss Interval Timer; 20 seconds high intensity/fast, followed by 1 minute at a cool-down/slower pace.
- Second day of watching 'Shall We Dance' from 1937, starring Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers, and Edward Everett Horton.
- Today's segment included Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers performing 'Let's Call the Whole Thing Off' on rollerskates!
- IMDb Movie Outline: A ballet dancer and a showgirl fake a marriage for publicity purposes, then fall in love.
