Day 3 of working out is done and so is Part 1, The Departure, of The Umbrellas of Cherbourg!

Today's Workout:

• 3.34 miles on the elliptical in 18:04 minutes; the first 13:35 minutes were intervals at resistance level 11 and the rest of the time was a brisk pace at resistance level 12.
• 10 intervals using the Gym Boss Interval Timer; 20 seconds high intensity/fast, followed by 1 minute at a cool-down/slower pace.
• Today's movie segment included the train departure scene and the start of Part 2, The Absence, with a dinner at Madame Emery's.

• Third day of watching 'The Umbrellas of Cherbourg' (Les parapluies de Cherbourg) from 1964, starring Catherine Deneuve, Nino Castelnuovo, and Anne Vernon.
