Day 4 workout is over and tomorrow is the finale of 'Three Little Words'! Tuesday 10/19/21: 4.24 Miles

Day 2 of working out is done and today I lightened the resistance on the elliptical for more speed!   Today's Workout: 4.24 miles on the elliptical in 21:47 minutes; the first 13:35 minutes were doing intervals at resistance level 10 and the rest of the time was a brisk pace at resistance level 11; today's movie segment included four songs, the last of which was the title song by Sheb Wooley 'Hootenanny Hoot'! 10 intervals using the Gym Boss Interval Timer ; 20 seconds high intensity/fast, followed by 1 minute at a cool-down/slower pace. Sunday 08/08/21: 6.3 Miles

Tonight I started watching 'Jamboree!' from 1957 for my first night of elliptical workouts this week. No intervals tonight; I did 6.3 miles in 40 minutes at medium high resistance (between levels 10 and 13) and at a steady pace between 9 and 11mph.  IMDb Movie Outline: Pete Porter and Honey Wynn become overnight sensations as a romantic singing duo. It's a new workout week with a new Fred Astaire movie -- The Barkleys of Broadway from 1949! Today's Evening Workout: 4.23 miles on the elliptical in 21:57 minutes; five-minute warmup at resistance level 9, then 13:35 minutes doing intervals at resistance level 8, and the rest of the time was at resistance level 9. 10 intervals using the Gym Boss Interval Timer ; 20 seconds high intensity/fast, followed by 1 minute at a cool-down/slower pace.  First day of watching 'The Barkleys of Broadway' from 1949, starring Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers, and Oscar Levant.
