Since I'm going to continue doing the shorter workouts with the Gym Boss Interval Timer, and since the daytime heat of summer has finally passed, I'm going back to afternoon workouts Monday through Friday; then I can also enjoy the daylight that is slowly going away a littler earlier each night.

Week 3 of working out has started along with a new Elvis-themed film, the 1981 documentary ' This Is Elvis '! Today's Evening Workout: 6.24 miles on the elliptical in 30:08 minutes. One-minute warmup at resistance level 9, then two interval segments at resistance level 8 followed by level 7 for 13:30 minutes each, and the rest of the time was at resistance level 8. 20 intervals using the Gym Boss Interval Timer ; 20 seconds high intensity/fast, followed by 1 minute at a cool-down/slower pace. Friday May 14, 2021: 3.4 Miles

Today I finished 'The Iron Petticoat' from 1956 with Bob Hope and Katharine Hepburn; now I get the weekend to rest and figure out what to watch on Monday. I walked 3.4 miles on my treadmill in 40 minutes, with a break every 10 minutes for push-ups & squats totaling 40 of each.
