Tonight's workout:
- 2.45 miles on the elliptical in 13.5 minutes.
- Resistance Level 10 (medium high).
- 10 intervals of 20 seconds high intensity/fast, followed by 1 minute at a cool-down/slower pace, using the Gym Boss Interval Timer.
- Currently watching 'Seven Brides for Seven Brothers' from 1954, starring Howard Keel and Jane Powell.
